KABITA AGRAWAL, Principal Director, Kavyapta Global School, qualifies as a Chartered Accountant with post graduate degree in Commerce and Law. Her Vision to offer delicacies in education and create commitment with transparency in the education system inspired her to start Primary School in the year 2004 shaping it to formal institution, Mount Litera Zee School Jamshedpur in 2009, going global as Kavyapta Global School in 2024. This is viewed as a ‘Learning resort’, nurturing creativity (Krti) and uniqueness (Advaya) while fostering the culture of being human and skills to be global leaders.
With 20 years as a change educationist has contributed for schools excellence under Tata Steel Education Excellence Model. Her core capabilities engages her as a QCI-NABET Assessor for School Accreditation and Integrated Internal Auditor for Australian Organization for Quality. She was invited by the Government of Singapore to attend the Global Conference and conduct Training workshops on Learning Design and Benchmarking. Received recognitions as a lead assessor and leadership for some best practices.
She presented her research paper on Evaluation in the Global Perspective at International Conference. She has undertaken a programme in Finland to explore the “Finnish Phenomena in Education” and Excelling in School Leadership. She is a Certified Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming. She has authored books to develop conceptual knowledge and skills, these resources have enormous value in ensuring the outcomes of learning.

Creative Director
An educationist with over 40 years of teaching experience in various schools across the country. As a qualified M.Com., B.Ed., has taught various subjects like English, Mathematics, Commerce and Marketing in middle school, Secondary school and undergraduate courses. Served over 15 years as Principal in well known schools in Jamshedpur.
A strong proponent of Education Excellence with a number of years of having worked as an assessor, lead Assessor and mentor.
Co authored Mathematics books for Grade 1 to 5. Deeply involved with training students for dramatics, debating and declamation. As a qualified Counselor has been guiding and mentoring students and parents.
